Return and Exchange Policy (Germany)
The online store qwparts.com carries out returns and exchanges in accordance with applicable legislation of Germany and Google Merchant Center requirements.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of actual receipt of the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (right of withdrawal β Widerrufsrecht).
Conditions for return or exchange:
- the product has not been used and shows no signs of use
- the product retains its full original appearance
- the original packaging, seals, and complete set are preserved
- a document confirming the purchase is available
To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must contact customer support and notify about the withdrawal from the purchase.
After receiving the product, the seller will inspect its condition. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, within 3β7 business days after confirmation that the product meets the return conditions.
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made by the seller.
